We want Rekomit to actually help. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no interrogation, no shame.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. You have two easy options:

• Visit paddle.net, look up your order using your email, and request a refund directly.
• Or email us at support@rekomit.app and we'll help you.

Free trials and cancellations

Pro plans start with a free trial. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Manage subscription; you'll keep Pro access through the end of the current billing period.
